This pillow helped me get rid of my back pain right away. After my 3rd child had an epidural during labor I suffer from back pain but when I get up in the morning my back is not as stiff as it used to be thanks to this pillow. When I ordered it I wondered if it would be too thick and was glad it was perfect because it's made of memory foam that compresses so it's not too thick for the curve of my back. I was also concerned that the pillow might not be wide enough as I sleep on my side. But again, that concern was unfounded, as when I roll over to one side or the other, I find that my spine is still supported by the pillow, although my stomach may protrude a bit. Eventually I wondered if the pillow would move if I slept all night, but found that it didn't. After I go to bed and put my pillow down, it stays in place all night without the need for adjustment. I am very happy with this pillow and I recommend it to everyone!
