Price discrepancy, inaccurate product from description

I buy a lot from this company, Packnwood, I deal with customers on a daily basis so I always seem to try my best to keep them happy this company does not do this, i once bought on their website, the prices are inconsistent here, free shipping here and expensive shipping there, they have not shipped one of my orders, after 2 weeks i realize that i have not received them or an email saying why i contacted them to ask why when they ship my order they can at least refund the shipping cost as they are free here and the box is cheaper here too for which they said they nothing could do me! This time I bought one of the 15 here and instead of 6 I get 25 sets each, I get 3 so a total of 75 inserts 37 sets, not as described! Remember I hate leaving bad reviews but I buy a lot from them if someone else buys for the first time they would think that was it but I buy from them over 15 times! I still had the same problem! (This review was from 2019, from now to today they should have learned and not made the same mistake) These insoles are really great! BUT. Remember to count your earbuds as soon as you receive them. More than 2 times they failed and only gave me 75 bets. You should end up with 75 tops and 75 bottoms, making 150 bets. The liners come in packs of 25, so your pack should contain 6 packs of 25, making 150 liners - 75 sets. Don't be fooled, be sure to check it out! Detailed information is given in the characteristics and details of the product.

Pros
  • SINGLE OR BOXED - These inserts can be used individually or placed in a pasta box. The holder makes it easy to transport and organize macarons. Use PacknWood pasta boxes to store inserts (sold separately: pasta boxes items 210BBOIT118F and 210BBOITE11)
Cons
  • Electrical outlet required
