Review on JBL Flip Bluetooth Connection Black by Seth Singh

Best Value Small Bluetooth Speaker

I was looking for a compact travel Bluetooth speaker. I was on a budget of around $100 and there is a lot to choose from in this price range. After some research I settled on JBL Flip, Soundfreaq SFQ-4 and Logitech UE Mini Boombox. They're all great, but each has their own strengths and weaknesses. Which is better depends on your priorities. Flip is an amazing little speaker. It has slightly better, more detailed highs than the Soundfreaq and tight, punchy bass that's very impressive for its size. The Soundfreaq has deeper bass and a fuller, richer sound, but it's larger and not as easy to transport and set up, but still very wearable. Flip can also be louder than Soundfreaq, and he can make phone calls while SF can't. When compared to the Logitech Mini Boombox, the Flip beats it in terms of sound quality, and its cylindrical shape feels easier to carry compared to Logitech's square one. form. Drivers are bigger and more bass. It sounds bulkier and less directional than Logitech. It also has a nice neoprene sleeve, while the mini boombox doesn't. It was hard to decide whether to keep the Flip or the Soundfreaq because both sound great and are great value for money. The main difference is the trade-off between size and bass response. I chose the Soundfreaq mainly for the deeper bass and I don't mind a larger size. If you're willing to sacrifice bass in favor of a smaller form factor, I'm more than happy with the Flip. From everything I've read I think these two models are the best bluetooth speakers. I seriously considered leaving both, but in the end I decided to be financially responsible.
