So-so: paper and plastic
I didn't really like the way they felt when I drank from them. Yes I was expecting them to be hard like the straws you get when you buy the travel mugs with straws but it just felt like sucking on a stick. The first one I used started chipping almost immediately after washing. No, I didn't leave it in the water or where it would get wet during the drying phase. Straws look nice, but I'll probably try to find another way to use them instead of straws. Maybe I can come up with a craft project where I can use them.
