They were delivered to me this afternoon. The timing couldn't have been better! I got home from the eye doctor's office about an hour early with big eyes and a pretty bad headache. As soon as they arrived, I opened the box and slipped them on over my prescription glasses. Landing was comfortable. After a few minutes, the headache subsided. After about an hour I decided to take them off. The headache came back almost immediately, so I put them back on. I left them there for the rest of the evening while I watched TV. My eyes haven't felt so relaxed in a long time. I suspect it's due to the excessive screen time. I have no idea if they will help me with my insomnia (the reason I bought them in the first place) but the reduction in eye strain alone makes them worth every penny. I'm so glad I ordered two pairs! Additionally, both pairs went through an online RGB test to see if they actually block blue light. VICTORY VICTORY!
