There was an allergic reaction. Although the product worked fine.

I have a sensitivity to scents, as in lotions and perfumes. I've had no problems with other brands of wax beans, but this brand has given me a spiky, bumpy rash all over my face. Used primarily on the chin and cheeks above the upper lip. At first I couldn't believe it was going to cause an uneven rash on my forehead and hairline, but after a few months and a visit to the doctor to confirm an allergic reaction, I stopped using it and it all went away.
