Review on 🌈 16.4ft RGBW LED Strip Light, SUPERNIGHT Flexible Lighting with 5050 LEDs, Non-Waterproof, 12V, 5M Multi-Colored LED Tape Lights by Heather Richardson

Good for now. The LEDs are bright and feel quite cool. And that's it. Poorly? First off, any regular RGBW ribbon has the following pinout: Voltage (5V or 12V) Green Red Blue White (if applicable) None in my kit. Red and green have been swapped, so when I press red on the controller, green activates and vice versa. I've attached an image of the problem. However, they do not work properly right out of the box. Second, a true white LED (not combining RGB to produce white) has a slight lavender tint. The combination of RGB to white has a slightly bluish-green hue. If you turn on a white LED along with an RGB combination to create white, you get a combination of teal and lavender. Nothing remotely reminiscent of white. Finally, the last connector that you can attach additional strips to has white heat shrink tubing covering the female W connector. I could trim off the excess heat shrink tubing to make it work, but the packaging clearly says "100% Quality Guarantee". and that's definitely not the right thing. I won't even bother with a replacement, this one will be right back.
