Halloween Costume Sleeve Tattoo
Desire to keep the price of a creative costume (biker chic - not me). I came across these tattoo sleeves while looking for something unique. They were realistic and very expensive. I would advise not trying them on more than once. The material stretches and does not return to its place. We ended up having to tape the top of her arm with tape to keep the sleeve in place. The good thing, it was only 1 time for the costume party. She liked it and got compliments from them.
