I ordered this tie for the upcoming wedding and I was a little afraid of ordering something daring without having seen it live, but my fears were unjustified. The pattern matches what you see in the photos here at Revain, although you get the impression that the blue lines are quite thin. It was fine for my case, but look at another product if you're hoping for something brighter. As for the design, I like it a lot. It's a heavier material (it's wool, so yes), but it has great texture when you get close to it. I received many compliments on this tie at my wedding and I look forward to wearing it in the future!
