Love the quality of this bed. I ordered two, one for each of my boys. In the first one I opened, I laid everything out on the floor, grabbed the instructions, and got to work. The first fat I put in immediately broke on the edge of the rail it went into. I thought, okay, maybe it was an accident. Grabbed the next screw and the same. I started reading the instructions and looking at the equipment. Confirmed that I took the correct gear for what is shown in the guide. So I did the other side and the first screw did the same. So I grabbed the instructions and checked each step and that's when I realized that the instructions had printed the wrong letter combination for the screws. I changed all my advances quickly and had no problems. The only downside is that I'm now stuck with a bed with three spots where the wood has cracked. Still happy with my purchase and I doubt my 2 year old will notice 3 small stains. I would recommend that the company reprint their instruction manuals, otherwise I could just be unlucky and only get two that were printed incorrectly. I don't know, I'm just a regular Joe.
