I had high hopes for this bag, but there are two things that might make someone else reconsider their purchase. The backpack straps are not attached and require constant tugging to keep them secure when the backpack is carried on the back. The carry handle pulls out to reveal the metal straps attached to the bag and does not go low, pinching and pressing down on the covering material on either side of the handle. First of all, it was very poorly designed. I've tried emailing SLAPPA three times with no response.
