Phillips screwdriver heads didn't match the screw head exactly (very soft) and the screws and mounting holes weren't perfect. My handyman says metal screws are inferior and had to look for other screws at the hardware store. I ordered 4 stands but only 3 had to be assembled with screws. The unit itself is beautiful and gorgeous, although altered and not aligned due to shipping. Because the metal of this stand is soft, it was able to straighten the device and make it usable. Verdict: Be prepared to make some adjustments (a bit of skill and force is required) and be sure to inspect the black plastic packaging for tiny screws hidden inside, just in case you can actually use them. The completed installation took time, mainly because of the screw heads and the uneven ground. The rack after installation is worth the effort and time. I love how the glasses with legs match the "S" design. The return shipping cost was $5.99. I'm giving 1 rack instead of a refund because I ordered "too much". No pun.
