I'm a fairly techy person and it took me some time to figure out how to even listen to audiobooks on this device. All the instructions I could find told me to use the already outdated Audible download manager (if you're reading this and trying to use any of these for Audible books on Windows 10, just go to the Windows Store and download download the Audible program from there). Then, after finally figuring it out and importing a few books onto my device, I plug in my headphones to listen and the sound comes out of only one speaker. So I try another pair of headphones to make sure there isn't a short in the cable - it's still only coming out of one speaker. So I decided to try some music and make sure the connector on the device itself doesn't have a short - music plays fine through both speakers. You need to unplug the headphone cable slightly to get sound from both speakers at the same time. .If it weren't for the fact that Sandisk players are one of the few MP3 players on the market that are fully compatible with Audible, I would return that.Apart from the integration with Audible, the user interface is pretty poor, the device seems a lot to be slow, and its production seems incredibly cheap. The device has no weight, which is good in the sense that you can set it up and forget it, but it just feels like it's going to break if you look at it the wrong way. not impressed with this product. save your money
