I bought both slim and athletic and heat resistant, ordered large in slim. I'm 160 pounds and 5 feet 10 inches. Fits me perfectly. I didn't want the compression to be tight. fits me best described as catchy but not tight, order XL in thermal, again don't want a tight compression fit and again skin tight which is what I was hoping for, I now wear both types and am very glad I came across some of the other shirt manufacturers this one Kind of size charts are confusing at best and some are just plain wrong, but Devops is on point. Choice and I would order more but I don't need another black it looks like all or most of their packs contain black plus one or two other colors depending on if you buy 2 or 3 packs
