my hair has grown long. It always gets tangled and I basically neglected it for the past year, maybe even earlier. Well, now and then I've used my fingers to untangle tangles and a wide plastic African comb, but not often enough. I have received the mats. squirrel nest. Anyway, this scallop is amazing. Smells unobtrusive but pleasant. It is smooth. It's pleasantly difficult. I think this is the scent I like the most. Not overwhelming. Ever since I got it, I comb my hair with a comb every day! I love it! I still have to use my fingers to untangle the knots and I have a technique for holding my hair and doing short combs and uplifts to avoid pulling - I think maybe my mom combed my tangled hair, when I was a kid which resulted in me getting mail -Traumatic Stress Disorder---oops. I was AGAINST COMBS. Never. I am for this hairbrush.
