The product is a cheap counterfeit. Already after the installation it was clear that it wasn't working smoothly. It was much louder than the original. The shave was awful, only a few hairs were removed. I decided to try it a few days later and it was the same. I kept the old original just in case and even after touching it up it removed a lot more hair. I mean come on Sent back promptly. There are things that cannot be skimped on. I wasn't aware that it was possible to purchase a genuine replacement head through the manufacturer at Revain, which I did. Another 10 dollars and will most likely last another year.
