PROS:* Non-gender design.* Front flap conceals secure zippered bag closures so you can't see bag opening. So I passed the security check. * The outer water bottle case is great for 12 ounce or smaller bottles. I think you can use it for very small umbrellas too. * The length of the strap of the bag is adjustable. One end of the strap rotates 360 degrees, allowing you to change the direction of the strap when it twists. The strap was long enough to be worn at waist level over the shoulder. The strap was also wide enough not to cut into my shoulder when carrying something heavy (Charger, below). day trip. * Harmless trademark. CONS * It could be a bit bigger (maybe a few inches all around). But it can make the bag bigger than museum sizes. Parentheses work just fine when you have all the time in the world. OTHER THOUGHTS: We spent a week abroad and this case was very good for protecting your wallet and phone. It was also small enough that I could easily visit all the museums and attractions. (There are maximum bag sizes, and this bag was under the maximum.) I was able to carry everything I needed (wallet, sunglasses, wipes, phone, tissues, pen, mints/candy, etc.). Personally I would have carried more but it would have made my bag too heavy if I had to carry a water bottle. Love the fact that the brand's label is harmless so doesn't scream "protective bag"! The Travelon Crossbody Anti-Theft Courier Tour Bag survived a week's trip abroad that included a day trip, lots of museums, and lots of hiking tours. It doesn't last longer than you need, but it worked really well. I haven't had any durability issues but have only been using it for a week and have no plans to use it for anything other than travel.
