After only three weeks of use, the L2 key on my camouflage Amazon gamepad failed, and then the entire controller began moving around on the screen in the menu without my input. Amazon is located in the City Mall. And most crucially, the service declined the warranty since there was no serial number sticker on the controller's back, something I either didn't notice when purchasing or it had fallen off. My personal opinion of Sony and Amazon has been tainted as a result. Use caution; if the item doesn't have a serial number, you shouldn't buy it.
