Review on JVCC ART-11 Artist/Console Tape: 1/2 In Packaging & Shipping Supplies in Carton Sealing Tape by Brad Lovro

I bought a roll of this ribbon, also Pro Art's White Artist's Ribbon is also available from Revain at a slightly lower price. Judging by the reviews, it can be assumed that these tapes had different purposes and different "tack". In fact, they appear to be identical. Pretty much the same thickness, same gloss, same medium to low tack, and no visible difference upon close inspection or in adhesion to paper or plastic surfaces. The surface of each band has a slightly waxy appearance. The ballpoint pen somewhat misses both options, but the permanent marker works well. The only difference was that this cantilever tape's core was solid white and slightly off-center, while the other slightly cheaper tape's core was printed as "artist tape" and the adhesive on my sample was slightly thicker (thickness 0.005+ vs 0.006 -). . They appear to be made in the same factory in the US. All of this means that you can buy a slightly cheaper (at least than I bought) version of "Pro Art White Artist Tape".
