I've been wanting to buy a little one of those magnet wire control kits. I chose Anker because I've had so much luck with their products and they looked so much better. Unfortunately, they made a design decision that ruined the product for me. All the other products I've used had this, so you attached the magnets to a wire and they connected to something with a black metal plate. Thanks to this, the wires can be attached to any ferrous metal: filing cabinets, monitor arms, table lamps, etc. Anker decided to put the magnet in the "base”, and there is only a little bit of metal in the wired part. This way the wires only stick to the base of the anchor. This product description specifically states "5 included magnetic clips secure any 3.5mm cable." However, in fact there are no magnetic clips. get refund. This is really really bad because their product is the only one that looks like it was designed by someone who cared about how it looks.
