Review on 🦶 Kinesio Pre-Cut Foot Tape for Enhanced Application by Jimmy Koroye

I was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and having an orthopedist taping helped a lot. Unfortunately, after a few days, my skin was severely irritated by the adhesive tape. I found Kinesio Tape recommendations on several sites and found it to be hypoallergenic. The pre-cut foot tape was not only a good test, it gave me a good taping style. While the Kensio website states that the ribbon colors represent no difference in the ribbon itself, I've noticed that many reviewers have mentioned ribbon preferences. The pre-cut package includes a pink and blue ribbon. The pink band is for the bottom of the foot, from heel to toe, while the blue band crosses the sole in the arch area and climbs up the foot. I found the blue patch to be irritating to the skin on my leg. I had no problems with the pink ribbon. Filming also lasted several days. I have since ordered a roll of pink kinesiology tape.
