Change rating and remove 2 stars. My round brush broke the second time I used it. Sent the complete device back and got a replacement quickly. The problem started with the replacement not being the same as the one I bought and the one I didn't want. Returned this block. It's been 20 days since they received the return and after speaking to the seller 8 days ago and asking them for "patience" I'm still waiting for a refund. Will no longer buy from MIC-US. I'm an "older" senior, 5ft 5in and have a fully tiled shower stall. I needed an easier way to clean. The floor is 2" squares of low cement that holds everything up and it's a real pain in the back (knees, arms, neck) to clean up. In general I was satisfied. The first charge lasted a whopping 20 hours according to the listing, although the green light came on after about 4 hours. The next day, the carrier received an email saying "Do not overcharge to extend battery life". 😏 I think it should be in the instructions. The block weighs light and is easy to assemble. The handle is ok but I wish it was a little longer. I had to bend down a bit to use it and stop a few times to rest. By the way, I'm quite healthy for my age. Performance is good, didn't stop working when put under pressure. I liked the ability to control the round head with one hand, my favorite. The corner cleaner was a little less exciting but useful and worked. Didn't like the flat head, had more than two hands to control direction, probably better for a big flat area. I did notice some flex in the longer nylon bristles on the round head after one use, so we'll see. There was difficulty removing the brush heads, particularly the corner heads. Push, get out. I know they need to lock securely to prevent them from loosening during use, but I think twisting and locking could be easier.
