I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.
Some pros: The hard tips have not fallen apart after a week of use. Arrived in several layers of bubble wrap and in a box filled with craft paper. Got cons: Sometimes caps with shades fly off and several markers have partially erased the names of colors. If you don’t put anything (so that it’s back to back) the markers in the case get mixed up and some fall to the bottom, and pulling them out is very tedious.
