1. I'm about 1.60m tall so the 15L option is perfect for me. Regular 20 liter waterproof backpacks make me look disproportionate most of the time. The cutting for it is excellent too - sleek and mean.2. The minimalist design makes it suitable for everything. I wear it everywhere - it's also great for my work events because it's black and white. However, I would say that it would be better if the bag came in different shades of dark grey/black to make it more subtle. The bag received many compliments.3. The material is excellent for general use. I ride a motorbike so sometimes I get caught in the rain and it helps keep my stuff dry. External zippered compartments are also easily accessible. love it.4. As for the shoulder straps, you just wish they were thicker at the end where they connect to the bag itself (see ITIVIT 20L backpack) as they feel stronger/less fragile. Don't get me wrong, this is a heavy duty waterproof backpack. I have recommended it to many bikers I know. Great job guys!
