CHEAP rubbish in bandages and dressings
I used to buy this type of medical products a lot. This is the first time I see/use such a cheap version of this cotton filler. The moment I tried to stretch it a bit, it ripped apart, leaving little cotton fluffs on the carpet. This is because it is rigid and will not fit the leg or arm I am trying to wrap. Absolute waste of money!
