Review on TRANSPOREON by Jeff Payne

The system is very user friendly with easy navigation through all functions available. There are no specific issues I can point out at this time but there should be more functionality added in future releases of Transporeon. We have been using Transporeon since 2015 and we haven't had any major problems or complaints. It has made our shipping process much easier and improved overall efficiency. All our departments work together seamlessly within the program and it makes communication between them seamless. I like that it allows me to track my truck and know when it is coming next. The customer service can be improved, but not much. It is a good tool to use. It helps me with my job and keeps me up to date with what's going on in my truck. It also allows me to have access to all of my jobs so I don't have to go back and forth between different sites.
