was damaged I bought them and sent them back a few days later. Extremely sensitive headphone control. You were too sensitive. A light touch on the collar triggers a reaction from the headphones (stop music/activate Siri etc.). Although the sound quality isn't bad, we never connected the stereo mode. Whatever I try I downloaded the app hoping the update would fix the problem. However, no matter how long I charge the earbuds, I keep getting an error message saying I need to charge more to activate the update. When connected individually, the application showed that each earbud worked 100%. However, when the app identified them as a couple, it reported that the remaining charge on each earbud was below 10%. Terrible processing in terms of software and firmware. Solid build quality regarding the outer shell of the headphones. While they look good in design, they really need to improve on the firmware/software/programming. Don't waste money on them. Spend a little more and get HIFIMAN TWS600. I've had them for a week now and they haven't uncovered any of the issues found with the EXFIT headphones.
