Horrible Horrible Regular use product
The handle that tightens the main shaft to hold it in place broke when I was tightening it. The welded part went from the mail! You can't lift it without two hands using the bottom handles, but you need another hand to hold the armrest up. I am so disappointed in this product. It was also packaged with the soft side up, so don't cut open the box or you'll cut it! Now the pad incline knob has stopped tightening. It also started falling off while I was getting the tattoo. I'm so angry I bought this.
