The company is clearly trying to respond to criticism that the product was damaged during shipping. The product was very well protected and packed in a double box. It arrived in excellent condition. We love this turntable. Puzzle pieces don't fall to the ground accidentally, and we can work on all sides of the puzzle without getting up. We installed it on the chart table in our living room, but if for some reason we want to free up space in the living room, we simply move the tabletop to the dining room with our unfinished puzzle and place it on the dining room. a table we rarely use.
