I really like how detailed this program is with regards to SEO/SEM (search engine optimization). They provide great support for their products which makes it easy when setting up campaigns and tracking results. It's not always as clear cut what you should be doing once your campaign gets underway but that can also depend upon other factors such as time zone of target market etc. That being said if there was nothing particularly negative about them then we would definitely use again! You are able to track everything from keyword rankings to clicks through website analytics - very useful tool in itself!
