I read the reviews that said this shirt ran small. They weren't explicit enough. I typically wear a 16 or an XL. I ordered this in a 3XL. What arrived is maybe a US size 10. The shirt would probably be OK but for the sizing. If you wear a L you would need a 4XL for this shirt to fit comfortably. If you are a tiny pixie order 3 sizes bigger than you think you need. If you are bigger than a standard US 12, I am not convinced it would fit.
