I like that it is easy to set up, has an intuitive UI, and works well for our needs. The price point seems high compared to other solutions we've used in the past, but considering how much time/effort was required to get this working properly, we're happy with what we have now. We use it as part of our CI pipeline (using Jenkins). It's very simple to configure and add new jobs. If there are any issues during deployment, they tend to be minor things - not something that would cause us to stop using it. Our main benefit from using this service is being able to easily deploy code changes without having to worry about losing them if we need to roll back. This makes testing easier too! Also, since everything gets backed up when deploying, it allows me to test my deployments even after making major changes.
