The product itself is of quite good quality. But I literally just opened the product today and the ink came out the side of the pen not the side of the brush and when I removed the cap the ink spurted everywhere. Went all over the sink and up my arms as you can see in the picture. I've tried erasing the sides where the plastic is and the ink keeps coming out. So I put my cap back on. It's probably half the ink already gone and there's a feeling this product can be good for a week at most, if at all. I don't know, maybe it's the heat generated by the fact that it's in place, or maybe it was shipping damage I can't see, or maybe the quality of the packaging the ink comes in was not well, which resulted in ink leakage. Hopefully there is a solution or something because I can't buy something if I can't use it properly or within the allotted time. I will order more and if this happens again I will look for something else.
