We bought this camera when our son (our first) was born, it came with two cameras and a monitor. It also has a Hubble app that allows us to check cameras from our phones. We then bought this set to add a third camera for our little girl and to replace the monitor (I'll explain), but first. Cameras: They have excellent night vision. Perfect picture even in the darkest room. Even better during the day. One in our sons room, one in our daughters room and one in the playroom. I have no complaints about the cameras, they are great. Monitor: The monitor feature is pretty standard in my opinion. Pan left-right and up-down, volume control, switch between cameras, and everything is fine. It plays music and has a talk function when you need to talk to your baby or scare your wife. good monitor However, the battery is not the best. Not the worst, but plan on charging. And that's my biggest complaint. As I said before, we had to replace the monitor for our second child. The mini-USB charging port on the first loosened and quickly failed. We had to prop something underneath and twist it back to make it work and it ended up not working at all. Charging connectors like this often have this problem in my opinion. The new one is ok so far, but it's only 8 months old or so. Just take a look. Addendum: Not really. So it does everything what a monitor does and gives you the ability to record videos when your kid is doing something cool or taking photos, but it's incredibly flawed. It often drops Wi-Fi and loses cameras, it lags constantly, sometimes ruins the cute video features mentioned above, and overall it's not very good. The monitor function makes up for it though and the cameras are so good that I would still recommend this set to a friend. And the app is free, so you don't want anything?!?
