Horizontal lines - my new rating

The display is bright, the colors on this panel are good, but looking closer at the panel I can see horizontal lines running through the image. The display quality is worse than Sceptre's 27" flat panel counterpart, I would recommend just getting a flat panel and saving yourself the trouble. , and the horizontal lines described earlier became more visible. This display quality issue is so bad that I had to return the monitor and just buy a flat panel instead, don't worry about this monitor.
