Not strong enough to wobble!

After about a month of use, I noticed that the stool is no longer upright and makes a strange noise when I sit down. Of course it cracked at the base. Great concept, but this stool is definitely not strong enough to swing on. I should also mention that it was only used by a little 7 year old. Very disappointing, especially for the price!
