I have used several cords with my iPhone headset and found this to be the best. does not maintain odd twisted shape + Easy to unfold + Easy to roll Cons - Looks silly, hangs around the neck - Hangs heavily around the neck (note for fancy: make it with a honeycomb construction to preserve the stiffness, but that reduce weight) Overall , a winner. Whimsical, if you could do it a little better with the honeycomb design that would be great. UPDATE After a few weeks of use there are several problems: 1. The cords and cord wrap are dirty. I don't know exactly why, but the garbage just showed up. Not a big deal but not pleasant 2. It was generally difficult to keep winding and unwinding the cable as you have to be a bit precise. So I just went back to loop it and put it in my pocket. Not elegant, some twists and knots but not usually a problem.
