Pros: Micro SD Transfer Speed: Both read/write speeds have been tested for an SD card on this Type-C hub. The results were as fast as the storage devices tested could be. There are no bottlenecks. Attached a photo to the review. Most hubs I've tested offer half the speed of SD cards, but not this one. Samsung Dex support: When I connected an HDMI cable to it through my S10+, I was surprised to see that desktop mode was supported. I was able to take full advantage of the Samsung Dex and plugged my mouse into a hub to get more use of the Dex. However, in this mode, no sounds were transmitted to the monitor. Mirroring: I was also able to exit Dex mode and use good old screen mirroring to simply mirror my phone to the pg348q monitor. I still prefer Dex screen mirroring for its simplicity. I had no problems with the sound or the sharpness. All is well! Safe Removal: Unlike some other adapters, I was able to selectively safely remove a storage unit without disconnecting other attached devices from the hub, making it a great permanent laptop extension because it's so convenient! Ethernet support: This has an over-the-air port which I tested on my S10+ to access the internet when Wi-Fi/mobile data is unavailable as shown in the attached video achieved the download Speed 70 MB over my 70 MB/s internet connection. There are no bottlenecks here! Material: The hub is well constructed and looks cool. I also like the matte finish and the fact that unlike some other hubs on the market it is metal rather than plastic.
