The watch and app suddenly started working again the day after the crash and has been working great ever since. I can see my messages and texts on Facebook and who is calling me. It records my sleep patterns and my exact heart rate and sends me to work for a workout. The battery life is excellent and they charge very quickly. The watch itself works great, but on the second day the app stopped connecting to my watch and even after deleting and reinstalling the app it kept throwing a bluetooth error which according to reviews of the app itself looks like a common one error appears problem. So once you lose the connection I think it's pointless to connect the watch to the app.
