It has helped us save time on client servicing by reducing the number of times we have to reach out to clients for issues that arise. Also being able to get alerts when issues arise is very helpful. I wish there was better integration between our accounting system and their software so all information could be shared at one time rather than having to go through several steps to gather pertinent info. Our business relationship with them has been great. They have been easy to work with and always willing to help where they can. We are solving problems through automation and being able to do more in less time.
