I'm 5ft 10", 170lbs, 40 chest and a medium size. For the price I got this shirt, definitely not bad. However, I had a few issues that didn't work for me. The back of the shoulders converge and don't lie flat, destroying the silhouette. The glasses go up when you move your arms and the shirt fits snugly around my back and shoulders when I move. The sleeves are long, just below the knuckles of the thumb. a sweater or something, i think that works great The skinny fit suits my body very well and there is no blouse tucked in and the body looks sharp. I would say size 39 or 38. Good fit, nice patterns and durable cotton material for the money.
