I don't have a 10k TV yet, but I plan to get a 12k camera soon. To rate this cable you will need a 4k camera and 4k TV, 8k camera and 8k TV or monitor up to 10k TV/camera and above. That's what I mean. If you're not streaming a 4k clip or more, you'll see your Full HD option, which is the normal TV broadcast level. If you have an 8k monitor or TV, this cable allows you to watch 8k content as true 8k, even if it's a 10k cable. So this is definitely future-proof. So when I get my 12k camera it will be the closest to @10k quality which is still more than enough for years to come. I mainly used it on set. Used to connect the camera to monitors for high resolution viewing for best results. All in all, it's overkill, but I'd recommend checking it out in the future. It works great and I love the durable braided line.
