Arrived quickly, easy to inflate. Comes with a string to tighten and a straw to inflate. No helium required, just put the straw in the slot and blow, when you take out the straw, no need to tie it. I sealed the flaps with some sort of clear tape, but that's exactly what I did. They held the whole party and the next day. I would buy them again if I needed them, which I sure will!
