This is a shower head attached to a bead filled handle. It consists mostly of impact-resistant plastic. I like that the nozzle can be removed for cleaning, but it is very difficult to remove. This is the third shower head to change color. I really like that the color shows when the water is hot. We have well water with a high mineral content, and such devices do not last forever. The flow rate cannot be changed. Shower hose not included. It comes with adhesive tape so you don't need to buy it separately. It was packaged in a colorful box with a list of product features. I have an RGB color model and also have a multicolor model that is sold separately. The label says Made in China.
