Stays in place while speaking with in-ear mount and adjustable back strap with Velcro. This is definitely a plus. I was hoping it would expand enough to form a closed seal, but it doesn't. There is a large gap between my chin and the bottom of the mask. After washing it I can't figure out how to bring the air holes together to make the one way air valve work. I've reassembled it a few times, turning it the direction indicated in the hole, but now I can blow air in and out instead of the air just escaping. I am very upset about this. Also, when I wore them in a medical facility, they forced me to put on another mask because they don't trust masks with air holes.
