Review on Laurel MES by Manuel Gfx

The most useful feature is the ability to search by various criteria, such as product or phase of development. I dislike how you cannot easily add new fields or edit existing ones. This makes it difficult when creating an account with multiple products/studies. Also there are not many options for reporting features. It would be nice if they had more templates available. As far as functionality goes this tool has been great so far. We have used it in our organization to track study participants across different studies.
