
I received this band on 7/24/20 and it broke on 10/22/20 where it attaches to the watch. I tried to contact Bossblue but didn't know how. I sent Revane a message that I think the band defected because they broke up after 90 days. They said they would send it to Bossblue. A few days later, Bossblue emailed me asking me to contact Revain customer service. I said yes and they forwarded it to them so you are contacting me. They responded by saying to contact Revain customer service. So I don't think Bossblue will do anything. I will buy another one from someone else.
