Review on Raw Elements Sunscreen Cruelty Free Moisturizing by Rob Overturf

I never write reviews but I've been doing a lot of research on sunscreen lately after I found out that my 'organic and natural' baby sunscreen was full of chemicals. It was included in the EWG website's 2020 list of the 16 Best Sunscreens for Kids. After examining both the active and inactive ingredients in all of them, this was one of the few and the safest ingredients. I have used it on myself and my 2 year old. It was 105F and we were on the river from 12pm to 3pm. The worst time to get burned. I reapplied my daughters twice within 3 hours and it didn't sting at all. I used it on myself and missed the lower back and shoulder blades. I was badly burned, but wherever I put sunscreen on, I didn't burn at all! You can clearly see where I missed. I wasn't sure when I saw the container, but it was actually very smooth and rubbed off easily. My two year old didn't care! You could see the water polo so I felt comfortable it was doing its job. I was expecting it to be whiter but it was pretty obvious on my fair skinned daughter. It looked a little whiter on me, who has more olive skin, but not bad at all. I will definitely use it for the whole family!
