The black steampunk midi skirt is made of high quality fabric with a nice belt and zipper closure. I give it five stars but would caution others to check the seller's measurements. I wear a size 14-16, am 5ft 3" and have a large waist, so I went up. The skirt had to be returned. She was too big. If you find the right size you will love the skirt. It can also be better for tall women.
