Not too firm but very supportive
I was expecting it to be flimsy and wrinkled after taking it out of the box in a sealed vacuum bag, but it's not! It immediately took on a firm/supportive shape. It's not too hard, I was able to massage the filling to a consistency I like. I like the fact that it can be used in a variety of ways. Highly recommended when one-piece U/C molds become unwieldy for your needs. You can also remove the filling if it's too hard for your taste.
